Role
UI/UX Designer
Industry
Pet Health Care
Duration
1 months
Stage 4: User Testing & Iterations
Once the prototypes were developed, I conducted usability tests with pet owners to ensure the app was intuitive and functional. Feedback from these sessions provided critical insights into areas that needed refinement, such as the clarity of navigation and ease of use for health tracking and IoT features. Based on this feedback, I made iterative changes to improve the user experience, ensuring the app would meet the diverse needs of pet owners and their pets.
Stage 5: Final Presentation and Documentation
In the final stage, I presented the completed design to stakeholders, showcasing how the app addressed the identified user pain points and provided a seamless experience. I also compiled comprehensive documentation detailing the design process, decisions made, and the overall journey from concept to execution. This documentation served as a valuable resource for future developments and iterations of the app.
