Stage 4: User Testing & Iterations
User testing sessions were conducted with existing customers to gather feedback on the redesigned homepage. Participants appreciated the ease of navigation and the clarity of highlighted offers. Based on the feedback, I refined the category structure and optimized the visual balance between promotional elements and core navigation. This iterative process ensured that the final design met both user expectations and business objectives.
Stage 5: Final Presentation and Documentation
In the final phase, I presented the redesigned homepage to the stakeholders, emphasizing how the new design addressed customer pain points and improved the user journey. Comprehensive documentation was prepared to detail the design process and the rationale behind key decisions, ensuring seamless future updates to the site.
